We are looking for sincere, driven, and passionate individuals who would love the excitement of a start-up environment. As UI/UX Designer, you will be required to create iOS/MacOS app mockups to present to teams, collect feedback and create final, high-quality app screens for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. You should be comfortable with building wireframes and prototypes to provide to product managers and execute based on outlined criteria. You should have strong creative and design skills, strong past experience in designing iOS apps and be very familiar with Apple’s design guidelines and industry best practices.
ABOUT EPIPHANY LABS
Epiphany Labs is a self-funded, fully independent app publishing studio based out of New Delhi, India. We started out in early 2013 as the brainchild of the husband and wife duo of Akhil and Chetna, with the launch of StickMe Notes on the iOS app store. This app has since been downloaded over a million times and has been selected by Apple as a very promising app from India. Our next app Dictate4Me was released in late 2016, and it too has been featured in the Top 25 paid apps in the iOS, business category in the USA. In Aug 2020 we brought these successful independent ventures that started with an epiphany, under one umbrella and gave it the apt name of Epiphany Labs!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop app design solutions for all Apple platforms
- Establish consistent brand and creative designs
- Communicate ideas with product manager using mock-up and look books
- Collect feedback from product manager and adjust approach to cater to criteria
- Build wireframes and prototypes to outline app flow
- Create appstore screenshots, icon, promotional banners, and creatives
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree in user experience, design, or related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience with UI design for iOS apps
- Strong communication, design, and creative thinking skills
- Proficiency with Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
- Familiarity with global design practices in the mobile app ecosystem worldwide
- A passion for product design, especially mobile apps is a must for the job
- Knowledge of mobile apps and particularly Apple products is essential

- The incumbent should be detail-oriented and organised
