We are looking to hire a passionate Product Manager for our mobile app business who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals and will own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to execution. As an analytical team player, you will have to work across cross- functional teams to prepare product roadmaps and discover new opportunities to grow our mobile apps. The role requires regular communication with the founding & senior team members and contribution towards product and business decision making.

ABOUT EPIPHANY LABS

Epiphany Labs is a self-funded, fully independent app publishing studio based out of New Delhi, India. We started out in early 2013 as the brainchild of the husband and wife duo of Akhil and Chetna, with the launch of StickMe Notes on the iOS app store. This app has since been downloaded over a million times and has been selected by Apple as a very promising app from India. Our next app Dictate4Me was released in late 2016, and it too has been featured in the Top 25 paid apps in the iOS, business category in the USA. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the entire app life cycle from inception to launch for iPhone, iPad and Mac
Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy
Define and shape the customer experience (UX) for all Apple devices
Understand customer needs, conduct customer research, leverage internal knowledge and expertise, and prioritize customer requirements to come up with new features and app ideas
Engage closely with the development/engineering team to drive app development milestones & meet project delivery timelines
Translate product strategy and vision into concise and effective requirements for the app development team
Define, implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators to drive growth for our mobile apps
Create business/pricing models based on the competitive landscape of the appstore ecosystem
Identify, execute and monitor data-driven experiments & analytics to enhance user retention and engagement
Following global trends and appstore best practices to forecast & proactively recommend product updates

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Strong academic background – Graduates in engineering (IT or Computer Science) and/or MBA
2-4 years of demonstrated experience in product management of iOS apps
Hands on experience working on iOS apps is a necessary requirement
Good understanding of prevalent UI and UX trends in the Apple ecosystem
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, AppAnnie etc.
Basic coding and software development experience preferred
Passionate about using technology to solve real world business problems
Deep understanding of customers’ needs and aspirations. Should have Business acumen
Leadership DNA with proven ability to excite and lead a cross-functional team
